Setting Vacation Hold on a Package

Vacation holds are used to designate a time when the customer is unable to use a package

but, still needs the package active with a reduced monthly charge.

This is especially helpful to prevent new membership setup fees for the customer and

retain customer loyalty.

This is setup in the Packages Screen

1- Search for and open the package 

2- Check on check box next to "Eligible for Vacation Hold"

3- Set "Freeze Fee" for Vacation Hold

(this is the rate used if a eft is processed during the hold)

4- Save Package

To start vacation hold

1- Search and open client

2- Click on Packages tab

3- Select package you want to put on vacation hold

4- Click Start Vacation Hold and sign in

5- Select date range

6- Click on Save

The account will be on vacation hold until they tan for the first time after hold has started or when Stop Vacation Hold button is clicked.

During the hold, EFTs will process but at the price set on Freeze Fee.
